DiscoverE works to sustain and grow a dynamic engineering profession through outreach, education, celebration, and volunteerism.

The Global Marathon is one of several signature programs DiscoverE offers to expand the engineering community and support a positive and inclusive profession. Designed to connect, support, and empower women in engineering worldwide, the Global Marathon is an annual series of free, online events to bring technical professionals together to build community, excite new thinking, and gain valuable professional development.

DiscoverE approached DoGoodery with the exciting challenge to transform the five-week Global Marathon into a year-long global success. Together, DoGoodery and DiscoverE are re-imagining this valuable and successful program to increase participation and engagement, enhance community-building efforts, improve the production value of live sessions, and align the initiative with DiscoverE’s suite of programs and partners’ priorities. From producing and managing live sessions, to coordinating communications and outreach and identifying new opportunities to increase engagement internationally and across disciplines, DoGoodery is thrilled to work with DiscoverE to take this exciting and empowering program to the next level.
