Over the past 15 years, Denise has led, and been a part of, the People Operations function in organizations of all sizes.

From start-ups to publicly traded organizations, Denise has sharpened her Human Resources expertise in compliance, benefits, wellness, payroll, and systems. Her objectives – provide an environment where both the needs of the team and the organization can be met, as well as to create programs that make employees, and their families, feel supported during their tenure with the organization.

As Human Resources Advisor, Denise will provide guidance to the DoGoodery leadership team on employment practices and programs. Denise is currently the Head of People Operations at Quibi, a technology and media start-up in Los Angeles. Prior to Quibi, Denise has also worked at Bird, Hulu, and Active Network. Denise lives in Los Angeles, CA.

Denise is a Southern California native who, when not chasing her two dogs, enjoys all genres of music, cooking and entertaining, and travel.
