Our Lens
At DoGoodery, the principles of justice, equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging (JEDI) are core to everything we do. Each program we create, service we provide, and initiative we implement is developed through an equity lens. With experts in JEDI best practices as leaders on our team, we can guide and advise you through your equity journey, no matter where you are in the process.
Who We Are
Our JEDI practice is led by Candice Dickens-Russell, who offers expertise in organizational development and transformational leadership for organizations wishing to understand and improve equitable practices, develop sound policies, and create authentic alignment between their values and their actions. As DoGoodery’s JEDI leader, she develops professional development workshops, strategic plans, and leadership development in Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
For over a decade, Dr. NaJuana Lee worked developing curriculum and content for the Walt Disney Company. While in the role of Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Georgia, she joined a team of professors developing educational games and content for Disney’s Club Penguin and Disney’s Connected Learning.
